Our donor centers team is vast and works with volunteers listed on the Be The Match Registry and cooperative registries. If you're called to donate, they'll be there to walk you through every step of the donation process. See the list below to find a National Marrow Donor Program® (NMDP) donor center near you. (NMDP donor centers work with volunteers listed on the Be The Match Registry®.)
You can also check for a recruitment center in your area or see a list of our international donor center partners.
Working to increase ethnic diversity on the registry
A patient’s ethnic background is important in predicting the likelihood of finding a match. Some ethnic groups have more complex tissue types than others. This is especially true for people who identify as multiracial. Our donor centers work closely with these communities to raise awareness about the need to increase the ethnic diversity of the registry.
