Personal Appearance/Dress Code
National Marrow Donor Program/Be The Match® is committed to having a work environment that is professional, productive and non-disruptive for all employees and visitors. The organization takes a “dress for your day” approach which empowers employees to consider their schedule for the day and dress accordingly. While this dress code is intended to be comparatively relaxed when employees have a workday that does not involve in-person meetings with customers, vendors, or others involved in key business or organizational relationships, the expectation is that employees will nevertheless wear clothing appropriate for the nature of our business and the type of work performed.
