Overview

The University of Maryland Marlene and Stewart Greenebaum Cancer Center Blood and Marrow Transplant Program, an NCI-designated Cancer Center, has been serving the Baltimore metropolitan area, Maryland and the mid-Atlantic states since 1993. We specialize in matched sibling, matched unrelated and haploidentical family member donor transplants for all types of hematologic malignancies and bone marrow failure syndromes in both adults and children. We also offer advanced research studies in the areas of immunotherapy, infection prevention and supportive care. We are also closely aligned with outstanding clinical programs in leukemia, lymphoma and myeloma to ensure cohesive and comprehensive care.

This center has been performing allogeneic transplants since 1995 and has been an NMDP transplant center since November 1997.
