Performs pediatric transplants


The stem cell transplant program at CNMC has performed over 500 pediatric transplants. The current focus of our program is on alternative donor transplants (cord blood, bone marrow and PBSC) and the evaluation of non-myeloablative approaches to the treatment of non-malignant pediatric diseases.

This center has been performing allogeneic transplants since 1988 and has been an NMDP transplant center since September 1992.
