About the center
Overview
Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center has experience performing adult and pediatric allogeneic related, haplo-identical and unrelated donor transplants. Our team consists of transplant nurse coordinators, transplant nurses, physicians, APPs (NPs and PAs), social workers, PharmDs, psychologists, nutritionists, child life specialists, physical and occupational therapists. The program was FACT accredited in 2002 and has continued with accreditation through current date.
This center has been performing allogeneic transplants since 1991 and has been an NMDP/Be The Match transplant center since June 1993.

Other programs and services
Local lodging for out of town patients is available at reduced cost rates. Specialized patient and caregiver classes for all caregivers and patients, this is mandatory. Survivorship clinic is available. Monthly support groups for patients and caregivers is offered. Cancer coaches available to assist patients through the process. Coaches are matched as closely as possible in age and diagnosis.
