Be The Match employees have a lot to celebrate in 2022. In the previous fiscal year, the organization impacted the lives of 6,649 patients in need of transplant. Since the inception of our Five-Year Strategic Plan in 2018, we’ve increased the number of ethnically diverse patients impacted by cell therapy by 26%. Since our inception in 1987, we’ve facilitated more than 111,000 transplants—second chances at life for patients who depend on us.
All the while, we continue to deepen our relationships in the global community of donors, patients, volunteers, financial contributors and provider partners who are united behind our mission to save lives through cellular therapy.

Both the Business Journal and Star Tribune rankings are based entirely on feedback from employee surveys taken in the spring of 2022.
