University Hospitals Seidman Cancer Center, the region's only free standing cancer center, is located on University Hospitals Case Medical Center campus. UH Seidman Cancer Center is a member of the National comprehensive Cancer Network (NCCN), accredited by Foundation for the Accreditation of Cellular Therapy ( FACT), and NCI-designated Comprehensive Cancer Center with nationally recognized faculty and physician scientists, state-of-the-art medical equipment and an uplifting patient-focused environment.

This center has been performing allogeneic transplants since 1976 and has been an NMDP transplant center since May 1991.
