University Hospitals Seidman Cancer Center is located on University Hospitals Cleveland Medical Center campus. UH Seidman Cancer Center is a member of the National Comprehensive Cancer Network (NCCN), accredited by Foundation for the Accreditation of Cellular Therapy ( FACT), and NCI-designated Comprehensive Cancer Center with nationally recognized faculty and physician scientists, state-of-the-art medical equipment and an uplifting patient-focused environment. Our program is a combined Adult and Pediatric program. We have affiliations with both the Children's Oncology Group (COG) and are a core center of the Blood and Marrow Transplant Clinical Trials Network (BMT CTN). This center has been performing allogeneic transplants since 1976 and has been an NMDP transplant center since May 1991. Our center is an authorized center for Tecartus, Yescarta, Kymriah, Breyanzi, and Abeccma Chimeric Antigen Receptor (CAR T-cell) Therapy.

1. Patients who had their FIRST ALLOGENEIC transplant (cells from a related or unrelated donor/cord blood) during 2019, 2020, 2021, and
2. Who had their transplant at a U.S. transplant center, and
3. Who had follow-up information provided by the transplant center for analysis
