Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma (NHL) Outcomes

The survival graphs below illustrate outcomes of unrelated donor hematopoietic cell transplants (bone marrow, PBSC, or cord blood transplants — BMT) coordinated by the National Marrow Donor Program® (NMDP) for adult patients with non-Hodgkin lymphoma (NHL).

Figure 1 shows that there is no significant difference in five-year survival for adult patients (≥18 years of age) undergoing non-myeloablative transplantation for NHL regardless of stem cell source (log-rank p-value=0.255). Most NHL patients who receive an unrelated donor or cord blood transplant are transplanted at the time the disease recurs.
