We are committed to growing the best registry possible for patients. Research shows that younger donors are best for patients because they provide the greatest chance for transplant success. Registry members ages 18 to 44 are called to donate more than 90% of the time.
If you are over 44, patients need you too! There are other ways to help save lives.
- Contribute financially. Be The Match relies on contribution to help cover the $100 cost to add each new member to the registry. There is an immediate need for funds to add young, diverse registry members. Please give what you can.
- Host a drive to recruit more registry members
- Volunteer time – find a recruitment group near you
- Attend a Be The Match Walk+Run in your community

If you are between the ages of 45 and 60 and would still like to join the registry, you are welcome to do so. A $100 tax deductible payment will be requested at the end of the registration process.
